Chad C. Street DMD, MD was born and raised in Pikeville, Kentucky. He returned home after completing Medical School and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Kentucky to open East Kentucky Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Street has a specialty license in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to practice in the state of Kentucky. Dr. Street completed his dental, medical, and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Street's undergraduate training was completed at Pikeville College.

As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Street is trained to perform a variety of procedures in the head and neck region, administer general anesthesia and IV sedation. Some of his more commonly performed surgeries include:

Wisdom tooth removal 
Placement of dental implants 
Bone grafting 
Corrective jaw surgery 
Facial cosmetic procedures - including Botox® and Restylane®
Facial trauma surgery 
Biopsies of the face and mouth
